Booking Details

Booking & Payment
• Once the booking form is submitted, you will receive an invoice for the total amount. Upon receipt of full payment, your booking will be confirmed, and you will be sent the arrival details

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made within 120 calendar days of the booking date or event start time are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made more than 120 calendar days in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Minimum Booking Requirements
• Productions: Minimum booking time is 2 hours.
• Events: Minimum booking time is 4 hours.

Guest Requirements
• All guests must be 18 years of age or older.
• If alcoholic beverages are served, guests must be 21 years or older. Valid ID required

Guest Limit
• The total guest count (including staff and any additional individuals) is limited to 40.

Restrictions

No ticketed events are allowed.

No live music, DJs, instruments, speakers, or sound systems are allowed.

No smoking is permitted on the premises.

No pets are allowed.

No wax candles; only battery-operated or flameless candles are permitted.

No glitter, unapproved decorations, or materials are allowed.

No personal care products (e.g., body oils) are allowed without prior approval.

No standing or sitting on tables, couches, or sofas.

No fog, haze, or smoke machines are allowed.

No use of shower, fridge or stove

No Filming is in common areas of the building, including the pool, hallways, lobby, and elevators.

No walking or standing on grass

By booking with us, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined above. Any breach may lead to the immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund.

For your safety and security, we have security cameras on the premises. These cameras are not actively monitored unless there are reports of missing or damaged items. They are primarily intended to deter incidents and assist with identification if needed. We respect your privacy, and footage will only be used for security purposes. By entering, you acknowledge and agree to the presence of the security system.
