Booking & Payment

  • Submit the booking form to receive an invoice.

  • Submitting a booking inquiry or request does not reserve or confirm your requested date and time.

  • After your request has been received, we will verify availability. If your requested date and time are available, an invoice will be emailed to you for the requested booking.

  • Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive a booking confirmation along with arrival information and any additional event details.

  • All reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Because Crysp Studio accepts bookings through multiple instant booking platforms, availability can change without notice.

  • We do not place courtesy holds, temporary holds, or pending reservations on requested dates or times. Requested dates remain available to other clients until payment has been received.

  • If another client completes payment first, the date and time will no longer be available, even if an inquiry or invoice was previously issued.

  • To avoid losing your preferred date and time, we encourage you to submit payment promptly after receiving your invoice.

Cancellation Policy

  • Within 120 days of booking date: Non-refundable.

  • More than 120 days in advance of booking date: 50% cancellation fee.

  • Please note that the cancellation policy does not apply to special event dates, including Miami Swim Week, Art Basel / Miami Art Week, Formula 1 (F1), the Miami Open, Miami Music Week, and all holidays or holiday weekends. All bookings made during the special event dates listed above are strictly non-refundable.

Minimum Booking

  • Productions: 2-hour minimum

  • Events: 4-hour minimum

Guest Guidelines

  • Guests must be 18+.

  • If alcohol is served, guests must be 21+ with valid ID.

  • Maximum occupancy: 45 people (including staff).

Restrictions​

  • No live music, DJs, instruments, or outside speakers. (A premium JBL Bluetooth speaker is provided.)

  • No smoking, pets, wax candles, glitter, fog/haze machines, or unapproved decorations.

  • No filming in common building areas (pool, lobby, hallways, elevators).

  • No walking or standing on the grass.

Security

The premises are equipped with cameras for safety. Footage is only reviewed if incidents occur. By booking, you consent to this system.

Add-Ons

Select items (e.g., stainless steel cube, bar stools, smart TV) are available by request and must be reserved in advance.

Crysp Studio is centrally located just minutes from Wynwood, Brickell and the Miami Design District.
