Booking & Payment

  • Submit the booking form to receive an invoice.

  • Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Arrival details will be provided once payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

  • Within 120 days: Non-refundable.

  • More than 120 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee.

Minimum Booking

  • Productions: 2-hour minimum

  • Events: 4-hour minimum

Guest Guidelines

  • Guests must be 18+.

  • If alcohol is served, guests must be 21+ with valid ID.

  • Maximum occupancy: 40 people (including staff).

Restrictions

  • No ticketed events.

  • No live music, DJs, instruments, or outside speakers. (A premium JBL Bluetooth speaker is provided.)

  • No smoking, pets, wax candles, glitter, fog/haze machines, or unapproved decorations.

  • No use of the shower, oven, or stove.

  • No filming in common building areas (pool, lobby, hallways, elevators).

  • No walking or standing on the grass.

Security

The premises are equipped with cameras for safety. Footage is only reviewed if incidents occur. By booking, you consent to this system.

Add-Ons

Select items (e.g., stainless steel cube, bar stools, smart TV) are available by request and must be reserved in advance.

Crysp Studio is centrally located just minutes from Wynwood, Brickell and the Miami Design District.
