Crysp Studio is a two-story natural-light photography studio and indoor/outdoor event space in Miami. Our versatile space is designed for photoshoots, video productions, private events, workshops, meetings, corporate offsites, wellness events, brand activations, and more.

Where is Crysp Studio located?

Crysp Studio is located at 1657 N Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33136, conveniently located near Downtown Miami and Wynwood.

 

Is Crysp Studio a photography studio or an event venue?

Both. Crysp Studio is a flexible creative space that can be rented for photography and video productions as well as meetings, workshops, corporate events, private events, wellness experiences, brand activations, and other creative productions.

 

Does Crysp Studio have natural light?

Yes. Crysp Studio is a spacious natural-light/daylight photography studio featuring large south-facing windows and an open loft-style layout. The abundant natural light makes the space well suited for photography, video, content creation, events, and meetings.

 

Does Crysp Studio have indoor and outdoor space?

Yes. A booking provides access to the indoor studio space as well as the expansive outdoor rooftop area, allowing clients to create both indoor and outdoor experiences within the same venue.

What are Crysp Studio's operating hours?

Crysp Studio operates during the building's permitted commercial operating hours 7:00AM - 9:00PM EST

Is music allowed at Crysp Studio?

Yes. Music is permitted at Crysp Studio for events, productions, and other approved bookings, provided that the volume remains within the building's noise requirements and does not disturb neighboring tenants.

Clients may use the studio's approved Bluetooth sound system.

Is the sectional sofa available with my booking?

Yes. The sectional sofa is included with your Crysp Studio booking and is available for use during your rental.

The sectional is located in the second-floor green room/lounge area and can be used for photoshoots, events, meetings, workshops, and other approved activities.

 

Can I rent Crysp Studio for an event?

Yes. Crysp Studio is available for private events, celebrations, networking events, corporate gatherings, brand activations, workshops, wellness events, and other productions.

Our standard event rate is $150 per hour with a 4-hour minimum.

 

Can I rent Crysp Studio for a meeting or workshop?

Absolutely. The space works well for business meetings, workshops, training sessions, presentations, team gatherings, creative meetings, and corporate offsites.

The combination of a spacious indoor environment, outdoor rooftop, seating options, Wi-Fi, and flexible layouts allows the space to be configured for a variety of business and educational uses.

 

Is Crysp Studio good for corporate events and offsites?

Yes. Crysp Studio can accommodate corporate meetings, team offsites, workshops, networking events, presentations, brand activations, and other professional gatherings.

The indoor/outdoor layout provides a more flexible environment than a traditional conference room while still offering amenities needed for business events.

 

Can I host a wellness, yoga, or Pilates event at Crysp Studio?

Yes. Crysp Studio's open layout makes it suitable for yoga, Pilates, wellness events, fitness experiences, workshops, and other movement-based gatherings.

 

What is the maximum capacity?

Crysp Studio can accommodate up to approximately 45 guests, depending on the type and layout of the event. Seating and table configurations may reduce the usable capacity.

For larger events or events with a high guest flow, please contact us so we can determine whether the space is appropriate for your specific needs.

 

Does Crysp Studio provide tables and chairs?

Yes. We offer in-house table and chair rentals through our AddOn menu.

AddOns should be requested at least 24 hours before your booking so that we have enough time to retrieve and prepare the requested items.

 

Can I bring my own furniture, decorations, or production equipment?

Yes. Clients may bring their own décor, production equipment, furniture, props, and other items as needed, provided they comply with the studio's rules and building requirements.

 

Does Crysp Studio have Wi-Fi?

Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the studio.

 

Does Crysp Studio have a kitchen?

Yes. Crysp Studio has a fridge and kitchenette available for client use. Kitchen cabinets are not accessible or available for use.

 

Is there a restroom?

Yes. Crysp Studio has a large restroom within the space.

 

Does Crysp Studio have elevators for production load-in?

Yes. The building has freight elevators, making load-in and load-out convenient for productions and events.

 

Can I bring catering?

Yes. Clients may arrange catering for their events.

Can I serve alcohol at my event?

Alcohol service is permitted when all guests consuming alcohol are 21 or older and IDs are checked before alcohol is served. Additional requirements may apply depending on the event.

 

Can I visit Crysp Studio before booking?

Because Crysp is a private working studio and active production space, we generally do not offer unbooked in-person site visits.

We recommend reviewing our website, photos, videos, and Instagram walkthroughs to familiarize yourself with the space before booking.

 

How do I book Crysp Studio?

To book, submit an inquiry with your desired date, time, and type of booking. If the requested time is available, we can send a booking offer or invoice with a secure payment option.

Your booking is confirmed only after payment is received.

Please note that an inquiry or booking offer does not hold or block a date. Crysp Studio is listed on multiple booking platforms, so availability can change until the booking is confirmed.

 

Do you offer hourly rentals?

Yes. Crysp Studio offers hourly rentals for productions and events.

Our current standard rates are:

Production: $100/hour with a 2-hour minimum.

Events: $150/hour with a 4-hour minimum.

Rates may vary for specialty dates, holidays, major Miami events.

 

Do you offer full-day rentals?

Yes. Full-day and multi-day bookings are available depending on the date and type of production.

Please contact us with your desired dates and schedule for a customized quote.

 

Can I book Crysp Studio for multiple days?

Yes. Multi-day bookings are available. For consecutive bookings, certain equipment or production items may remain overnight subject to the booking terms.

 

Can I use Crysp Studio for Miami Art Week or Art Basel?

Yes. Crysp Studio is available for select Miami Art Week and Art Basel productions, exhibitions, brand activations, events, and installations.

Because these are high-demand dates, special rates and booking terms may apply.

 

Can I host a brand activation at Crysp Studio?

Yes. The combination of the loft-style interior, natural light, rooftop, and flexible layout makes Crysp Studio suitable for brand activations, product launches, influencer events, networking events, pop-ups, and creative experiences.

 

What makes Crysp Studio different from a traditional event venue?

Crysp Studio combines the flexibility of a production studio with the functionality of an event venue.

Instead of renting a traditional conference room or event hall, clients can use a creative two-story indoor/outdoor environment with natural light, an expansive rooftop, flexible furniture options, and production-friendly amenities.

 

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekends, holidays, Miami Art Week, Art Basel, major Miami events, and other high-demand dates.

Dates are first-come, first-served and are not held until payment is received.

Are setup and breakdown included in my booking time?

Yes. Setup and breakdown must take place within your reserved booking time.

 

Can I stay later than my scheduled end time?

Overtime may be available depending on the schedule and must be approved. Overtime is charged in advance at the applicable hourly rate. Hours of operation 7:00AM -9:00PM.

Does Crysp Studio require event insurance?

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) may be required for events and certain productions. Requirements depend on the type and size of the booking.

Can I use Crysp Studio for a photoshoot, video production, or content creation?

Absolutely. Crysp Studio was designed for creative productions and is particularly well suited for natural-light photography, video productions, brand content, editorials, campaigns, interviews, and social media content.
